go the way your blood beats.

JAMES BALDWIN

Undergraduate

My bachelor's degree was a journey, one that I'm proud of. As a non-traditional student, I completed my undergraduate degree in 2015, from the University of Minnesota, College of Liberal Arts in Fine Arts and an Afro Studies minor.

Graduate

I wanted to give back to the students of color and create equitable spaces for success in higher learning institutions. I decided to pursue a graduate degree in Multicultural College Teaching and Learning from the College of Education and Human Development at the University of Minnesota. I completed my graduate degree in 2019.

Beyond

My aspirations for learning have not diminished. I hope to continue to grow and give back through personal and professional development, presentations, volunteering, and art.
